Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Are product demos / lawn assessments free?
There is an upfront cost based on the location of your property in relation to Lansdale, PA. If your property is within 10 miles of Lansdale, the cost is $100. For properties further away, the cost is $200. However, if you decide to purchase a mower and professional installation through us, this cost will be discounted from the invoice, making it essentially free.
Do you offer professional installation and is it free with purchase?
We do offer professional installation, and while it’s not required, it’s highly recommended to save you time and ensure you are set up for success. Professional installation includes setting up equipment, mapping all of the zones, and personalized training on the app to control the mower. Installation costs vary based on the size and complexity of the property, with most wireless installations averaging $400-600.
What’s the difference between wired and wireless mowers?
Wireless mowers use GPS technology, which is newer and allows for easier modification of work zones without the risk of boundary wire damage. Wired mowers require a physical boundary wire installation. We generally recommend wireless mowers to our customers for their convenience and flexibility.
